Community Map

Let’s put all the wonderful community groups and charities that exist in Leighton Buzzard on the map
– literally!

One of the BEST things about Leighton Buzzard is the sense of community. There are so many community led initiatives – activities, clubs and causes – that people can get involved in.  Yet if you don’t know where to look it can be difficult to know what is available in the area, where to go for support when you need it, or where to find out what you could get involved in. So that’s where Leighton Buzzard Community Map comes in.

Our Story

Why Leighton Buzzard Community Map?

Hello, I’m Bekka. I’ve lived in Leighton Buzzard for over 10 years and in that time have become involved in and worked with many different local charities and community groups. In fact it’s one of my favourite things about the town – the sense of community. However, all too often I was hearing from other people that they didn’t know what was available nor how to get involved in local initiatives. This really frustrated me so when the opportunity to do something about it came along, I jumped at it.
